Al Kabir Town Phase II NOC LDA Approval Notice and News

What a glad news it is! Al Kabir Town Phase 2 NOC has been approved by Lahore Development Authority ( LDA ) so all interested investors can take a breather now as there is no credibility issues anymore.
Technical Approval – Development Works Allowed
Al Kabir Town Phase 2 has got technical approval from city authority LDA and to be expected to get complete NOC by August 2018. LDA publicized a notice in newspapers dated 17-04-2018 for inviting objections (if any) regarding ownership and directed to contact LDA in writing within 15 days.
In response to the public notice NO objection was received from General Public, so the administration has been granted technical approval for development. Almost 50% of Phase 2 has got NOC from LDA and the rest of the area will get it most probably in next couple of months or so. Development activities including sewerage work, electrical installation and now allowed to be carried out in Al-Kabir Town Phase 2, which is great news for all concerned.

Al-Kabir Town Phase 2 is located on Raiwind Road opposite to Lake City Lahore. Close to Mirza Chowk with Beaconhouse National University at just 10 minutes’ drive away from Al-Kabir Town Phase 2. The town location is posh with easy connectivity from multiple routes. Al Kabir Town Phase 2 shares a common wall with Bahria Orchard Phase 1.
