Bahria Town Karachi Final Notice for Possession of Homes and Villas

Bahria Town Karachi has issued a final notice for possession of homes and villas which requires immediate action by 10th April 2019.  The issue addresses to all those owners who have not yet applied for possession of homes & villas that are ready to be granted possession. Bahria Town Management has asked these owners to apply for possession by 10th April otherwise Bahria Town will replace their homes with under-construction homes/villas and allow the ready homes to those who want to get possession.

This notice applies to all homes/villas located in Precinct 2 (Quaid & Iqbal Villas), Precinct 10, Precinct 11, Precinct 27, Precinct 31 and Precinct 35 (Sports City Villas). We recommend the homeowners to apply for possession of their homes if they do not want to lose the value of their property, as possession charges cannot be avoided in any case.
