Bahria Town Private Limited has announced their Surcharge Policy for 2018 that is quite frankly a generous policy that provides payment flexibility to customers. Bahria Town Management has announced surcharge policy for their valuable customers and dealers whereby the remaining payment on all active plots of Bahria Town Lahore Projects must be paid in Bahria Orchard marketing office from 14th December to 31st December 2018 in order to stand eligible for a full 100% waive off on surcharge fee.

There are customers who have yet to pay certain payments against their plot files that includes development charges, service charges, possession hand-over payment and other utility bills and this is an excellent opportunity to get rid of complete surcharge fee by making timely payments within the due date mentioned by Bahria Town. Bahria Town Lahore, Bahria Orchard, Bahria Education and Medical City and Bahria Nasheman are the projects that on which surcharge policy is announced by the management so if you have any accrued payments to make on any one of these projects then hurry up and do so immediately to avail a 100% waive off on surcharge fee.
