Location
Bismillah housing scheme is situated at the prime locale of Lahore. It is located at the main G.t road near to Bank stop Manawa. This housing scheme is also few minutes’ drives away from Lahore international airport, Lahore ring and DHA phase 8 Lahore.
Development status
Overall the development of this project is almost completed. The construction of roads and streets are completed 90% at the time. Also, the utility connections of electricity have been provided almost in all blocks of the society. But construction of roads is ongoing in Bilal block and it will take little time to complete the development. Yet the water supply to the scheme hasn’t been made and people have to get water on their own through boring for underground water.
Current Prices
The prices of plots in initial blocks are much higher than those in the relatively new ones. According to Saeed, a new range of properties of 3-marla plots are also being established.
