Canadian City Gwadar offers different sizes of residential and commercial plots on 2.5 years installment plan. Residential plots of 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal sizes, as well as commercial plots of 2 Marla, 4 Marla and 8 Marla sizes, are available for booking on first come first served basis. Booking starts from 25% down payment, while remaining amount is payable in 30 months or 10 quarterly installments. 10% extra charges will apply on booking of category plots, i.e. main road, corner and park facing plots.
