Capital Smart City is a joint venture of Future Holdings Developments private Limited & Habib Rafiq Pvt. Ltd. This housing project was launched in association with M/S Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd. Capital Smart City is a permissible housing scheme and its NOC has been approved by RDA.
