Central Board of Revenue Employees Cooperative Housing Scheme, a.k.a CBR Town is one of the notable housing societies located near Islamabad International Airport, and recently in an Annual General Meeting (AGM), some significant decisions were taken regarding payment of dues pending in its Prime Block.

The Management of CBR Employees Cooperative Housing Society (CBR ECHS) inform all the Honorable Members of the Society that Prime Block Balloting will conduct on 15th January 2019. Members should deposit the Cost of Land (CoL) up to 31st December 2018 through Pay Order or Demand Draft in Society Office. All the Members who deposit their Cost of Land (CoL) are included in the Coming Balloting.

General members who paid PKR 500,000 for a 5-marla plot before November 30th have also been asked to pay their dues on the cost of land to the society by the last day of December, otherwise, they may be charged additional charges of 1st January 2019.

The members of Block A to E and Executive Block in Phase II have also been asked to clear their dues on water, electricity and roads, in accordance with the schedule and AGM’s decision. If, however, someone has already paid their development charges, they need not pay again.
