CDA officials ordered to transfer ownership of developed areas of Park Enclave

According to recent reports, Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Captain (rtd) Noor ul Amin Mengal recently made a sudden visit to Park Enclave and ordered the officials in charge to transfer ownership of developed areas of Park View (Phases 2 and 3 of the scheme).

According to sources, the CDA chief conducted a lengthy visit to Islamabad and directed the engineering wing and contractor to expedite construction on Park Enclave Phase 4 and the other portions of Phases 2 and 3.

During his visit, he ordered a speedy execution and resumption of development activities in residential areas where construction work is halted.

Mengal showed his dissatisfaction with the development work standards in Sector I-15 and provided directions to speed up the improvement process. He said if his instructions were not fulfilled, the relevant officials would face serious repercussions.
Mengal also went to Nilore Residencia and CDA Nursery on Park Road, near Chak Shahzad. He also examined the development work of model apartments built in Nilore Residencia.

According to reports, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has directed the CDA to prioritize the construction of homes for overseas Pakistanis, as they are a significant source of foreign currency for the country.
