This residential project is a secure investment and a safe place to live in because it is one of those projects which are approved by Lahore Development Authority (LDA). It is among few housing society on Ferozepur Road past Gajju Matah that have an LDA NOC in hand. In addition to that, the society also has connections for all utility services available including that for Sui Gas.

Current market rates

It is surprising to note that in the absence of active real estate investors and thus dropped demand for plots in Central Park, property rates here didn’t drop. Instead, there has been a gradual rise seen in the value of 10-marla residential plots having better locations in certain blocks.
