However, the market interest decreased over the months following the launch. This has resulted in decline trends for prices. Indeed, currently, the plots are being sold at price below the launch prices. For example, the 5-marla plots can be found for PKR 60,000 below the booking price; similarly, 10-marla plots are PKR 150,000 below the launch price.
