Development charges halved for LDA City file holders

The improvement charges for the LDA City file holders have been split into half and the collection of the same will start soon – a news source detailed. LDA Vice Chairman S M Imran made a declaration with this effect during a meeting of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) authorities, which was held to audit the development work in the mentioned residential project.

He directed the development accomplices to facilitate the land-obtaining process for the LDA City. He emphasized on the need to finish the project by the due date set by the Supreme Court (SC); adding that allocating plots to record holders was the specialist's top priority. 

Major (resigned) Burhan Ali, Engineer Amir Riaz Qureshi, LDA Director-General Muhammad Usman Moazzam, Urban Planning Additional Director General Rana Tikka Khan, Chief Engineer Mazhar Hussain Khan, alongside the development partners of LDA City Imran Ali Bhatti, Mian Tahir Javed, Abdur Rashid, Altaf Malik and Zafar Chishti were all present at the event.
