DHA Multan Pre Balloting Updates and Development

DHA Multan is the first upscale housing project in the Southern Metropolitan City of Punjab spanning over 9000 Kanals of land that provides state of the art infrastructure and landmark monument for the residents of Multan.

The balloting of all plot categories in DHA Multan is expected in mid of July of August 2019 as of now the official balloting date has not been announced by the DHA Multan management.

Latest Development Status

DHA Multan development is unraveling at a fast pace with road belt completed and on-ground, many vehicles are using the main Boulevard road network alongside the fact that green belt and tree plantation has been carried out.  The Area is a fully developed event complex located at a walking distance just to the left of Main Entrance Gate, with a wide parking space and full security checks. DHA Villas comprising of 6, 9, 12 (4 & 5 Bedroom) Marla are under construction at the moment and the possession of some villas is instantly available. Askari Villas, a project of Askari Housing Scheme are also under development and the labor is working on sewerage and drainage underground pipelines. The DHA Villas are a grey structure and promise completion soon.

A Kids Campus School has been finished off recently and the first year of operation will commence this year 2019. Commercial markets and shops are also underway, either in process or in last finishing touches. The rental value of the commercial shops and offices in DHA Multan after development will steeply rise as the property worth of reputable society as DHA Multan is very high.

The development of 9 Marla DHA Multan Villas in Sector F, undergoing at a fast track as the grey structure is completed and foundation work has started. The payment plan of these 9 Marla villas stretch up to 3 years and considering the promising development it is fair to say that these villas will become livable by end of 2019.
