Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad-Rawalpindi has launched new residential and commercial plots in Phase III of the project, and these plots are ready for possession which can be acquired on 50% down payment.
The plots launched include 5-marla, 5.33-marla, 8-marla, 10-marla, and 1-kanal residential plots, while the commercial plots include 2.67-marla, 5.33-marla, 7.11-marla, and 10.67-marla options. According to the latest updates these have been launched at the same price as before, that is, 5-marla residential plots are priced at PKR 3.2 million, 8-marla plots are priced at PKR 5.6 million, and 10-marla plots are priced at PKR 6.5 million. The amount can be paid in attractive quarterly instalments.
