DHA Quetta Latest Update Regarding Sale Purchase Of Plot Files

Defence Housing Authority Quetta (DHAQ) has published a notice for the information of the general population in regards to sale purchase of plot files in DHA Quetta Housing Scheme. DHA had issued plot records against land to the land proprietors, which are selling in the market at a great price, and the general public is purchasing those documents for long term investment.
As indicated by the notice, DHA has informed the general public who are interested in sale purchase of DHA Quetta records, to undertake their deals through enlisted/approved property experts as it were. 

Additionally, the buyer must get the file/documents verified from DHA Quetta Main Office, Airport Road, before carrying out the transaction.

If done otherwise, DHA will not take any responsibility for legal issues in the process.
