DHA Valley Islamabad Balloting Date Announced

DHA Valley balloting date for 5-marla and 8-marla residential plots has been announced finally and the investors cannot sit still with the mounting anticipation and joy. For phase-wise allotment and handing over possession, the ballot will be conducted on December 23, 2018.

According to the announcement, DHA is formulating a policy to conduct stepwise re-allotment/possession of 5 Marla and 8 Marla residential plots in DHA Valley Islamabad. A computerized ballot will be conducted on 23rd December 2018, in order to re-allot plot numbers and blocks to those who are eligible to get possession.

Some important information regarding the Balloting that investors need to bear in mind include,

• Four blocks will most probably get possession, i.e. Oleander, Magnolia, Lily and Daffodils.
• Only those files will be considered whereby owners have paid due installments on time.
• Second preference will be given to those who have paid their surcharges rather than opting for waiver.
• Whichever file you have, if you meet the criteria, you will be given a new block and new plot number.
• Corner, boulevard plots may become general in the re-ballot or vice-versa.
