Fazaia Gujranwala Balloting Conducted

Fazaia Housing Gujranwala, on Monday, successfully conducted its balloting run for the allocation of plot numbers against civil quota files at the HQ CAC Auditorium in Lahore. The event was organized by the Fazaia management, with Air Officer Commanding Central Air Command PAF invited as the chief guest.

DG Housing Air Commodore Farooq Rizvi and MD Fazaia Gujranwala Air Commodore (retd) Akhtar Abbas Rizvi also graced the occasion. The event was organized to be invite-only, and reputable real estate agents of Gujranwala, along with investors, had been given the summons.

DG Housing, while speaking on the occasion, also gave insight on the society development informing that the construction of the mosque was almost completed about 90% and while the possession of Falcon Commercial has been handed over (with its plazas are under construction). The possession of residential plots in Fazaia Gujranwala has not been defined as such but considering the fast pace of development, it is expected to be turned over at the end of 2019.

Fazaia Housing Scheme Gujranwala is one of the Supreme Master Plan Community sprawled over an area of 500 acres of land ideally located at only 5KMs from the landmark Aziz Chowk Flyover and few minutes’ drives from City’s Center and adjacent to Punjab University Campus Gujranwala.
