Gwadar Development Authority has granted a NOC approval to BSM Developers for the housing scheme, so they have gone ahead with the development work on site. The NOC number of the housing project is 53/06/HS/GDA (B). The development progress is kicking off at an accelerated pace with heavy tankers leveling the muddy ground and digging up trenches to install water and Sui gas pipelines. The underground electrification work has started along with the interior structure of road formation. Heavy machinery and bulldozers can be sighted on the project site alongside the manual labor. According to the latest Gwadar Golf City development updates, the main entrance door is almost 90% completed and very soon it will be on-ground. Gwadar Golf City will contain dual entrance points i.e. exit and entrance separate outlets. Once the road structure is completely developed the town developers will begin instructions for designation of rich gardens and tree plantation to enhance the beauty of the society.

Currently, BSM Developers are creating site office consisting of 6 containers, accommodation for 100+ labor workers, petrol pump for heavy machinery and warehouse for the machinery on the site of the housing scheme. Apart from developing the land BSM Developers are also working on constructing 400 new homes for buyers and investors. The fast-track progress of Gwadar Golf City is an encouraging sign for the public and the general property prices have increased by 5% as compared to the pre-launch booking rates.

Gwadar Golf City is ideally located on Main Jinnah Avenue II Road on the Main Coastal Highway in Mouza Paleri.
