Islamabad Cooperative Housing Society (ICHS) has begun booking plots in Quaid Block of the housing society. A 5-marla plots can be booked at a down payment of PKR 325,000 instead of PKR 456,000 if the booking is made immediately. The remaining amount will be payable in easy quarterly instalments.
Both residential and commercial plots are available and the plots launched include 5-marla, 7-marla, 10-marla, and 1-kanal residential plots and 4-marla commercial plots. These plots have been launched in Phase I-Extension.

ICHS Town Development Status
Islamabad Cooperative Housing society is currently under development phase that is kicking off at a rapid pace with 70% of the construction on-ground. The basic infrastructure is set up with underground electrification, sewerage & drainage systems, water takers and pipes and streetlights installed and functional. Quaid Block in ICHS Town is te only fully developed block and now the plot prices will increase in value after the booking of 5,7,10 Marla and 1Kanal Plots residential plots.
