Sector 5 has 5-Marla plots & Sector 4 has 10-Marla & 1-Kanal Plots. 5 Marla plots are better option to invest as it’s easy to sell them. 1-Kanal plots are also not bad option to consider as well because there’s a possibility that your plot may fall on the main boulevard in balloting, the profit would be much higher this case.
