Mark Your Calendars: Kings Town Executive Block Balloting Charges Deadline Announced

As stated in a post on the Kings Town Phase II official social media page, the deadline for submitting ballot charges for the Executive Block has been issued by Al Kabir Developers. For residential plots (8 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal), the ballot fees are due.

The balloting fee for the Kings Town Phase II Executive Block residential plots is due by April 20. (Thursday). Respected members are required to submit any of the outstanding payments or balloting fees by April 20. The defaulting members shall be disqualified from voting.

Here is how much you'll have to pay to cast a ballot:

• For 8 Marla Plots (PKR 800,000)

• For 10 Marla Plots (PKR 900,000)

• For 1 Kanal Plots (PKR 1,200,000)

The developer also said that they were committed to giving the members of the project the best facilities possible.
