Palm City is an LDA approved housing scheme on Ferozepur Road, Lahore. It is a fairly old establishment where much of the development work has already been completed, however the society is still offering limited residential plots and luxury houses on easy installments. Palm City Location
Palm City Lahore is ideally located on Ferozepur Road near Central Park Housing Scheme, and it has easy access to all parts of the city and airport through major arteries as well as ring road.

If you consider this location map, the society seems close to all major landmarks. However if you calculate the distance, it will measure around 7 KM from Ring Road Interchange, and around 22 KM from Kalma Chowk. Since the Metropolitan City is expanding towards all possible directions, Ferozepur Road naturally becomes an ideal choice for future residence in Lahore.

Palm City Lahore Master Plan

Palm City is a master planned housing scheme, and all aspects of modern day housing community and essential amenities have been predetermined in the master plan of the society.

As you can see on the master plan, ample spaces have been reserved for amenities, parks and horticulture. Much of the given plan has already been implemented on ground, except for actual construction of houses.

Palm City has also released the society map with plot numbers, so you can check the location of each size of plots in respect of planned amenities, as well as streets/road sizes. The society is divided into 5 block, namely Royal Block, Sapphire Block, Emerald Block, Premium Block and Imperial Block. Major composition of all blocks is 5 marla plots, while some other plot sizes are also available.

Palm City Lahore offers different sizes of residential plots and double storey luxury homes. Both options have limited availability, but you can still book your plots or home on easy installments.

The society offers 3.5 marla, 5 marla, 7 marla and 8 marla residential plots on 1.5 years installment plan. Bookings start with 30% down payment, while remaining amount can be paid in 18 monthly or 6 quarterly installments. The society offers 6% discount on full payment, and 6% discount on boundary wall plots.

As far as villas are concerned, the society offers a turnkey housing solution on a very flexible installment plan tailored as per users’ requirement. Palm City villas are available in 3.5 marla and 5 marla sizes, and different layout plans are available for each size of villas.

3.5 Marla Villas have covered area of approximately 1400 square feet. These villas have 3 bedrooms with attached bath, lounge, kitchen and car porch. Single and Double unit options are available, so you can choose your layout plan as per your requirement.

There are two types of homes available in 5 marla category, i.e. Contemporary Villas and Spanish Villas. Both have different elevations and slightly different interior layout.

Spanish Villas have approximately 1933 square feet covered area. Ground floor comprises one bedroom with attached bath, drawing room, dining room, lounge, kitchen, car porch and lawn, while upper floor comprises 2 bed rooms with attached baths, lounge, kitchen, terrace and balcony.

Second type in 5 marla villas is Contemporary Villas. These villas have approximately 1933 square feet covered area. Ground floor comprises one master bedroom with attached bathroom, kitchen, lounge, drawing room, car porch, and lawn. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and terrace.

Palm City Lahore offers 1 year and 3 years installment plan for these luxury villas. Bookings start with 20% down payment, while remaining amount is payable in 4 or 12 equal quarterly installments as per schedule. The society offers 7% discount on lump sum payment of home price.

Please note that actual covered areas given on the payment plans will apply. The approximate covered areas given on the layout plans are just for reference. Actual covered areas for A type and B type villas are slightly different, and so are the prices for both types.
