Park Avenue Housing Scheme has increased prices at around 10% to 15% and for first three cuttings of residential plots. For 1 Kanal plots, price remains the same but payment plan changed as in the rest of three sizes. Instead of 5 balloon payments after 6 months now buyer will have to pay 3 balloon payment after a year.
