Here is a noticeable point the prices for 1 Kanal plots will remain same but there are few changes in payment schedule in 5, 8 & 10 Marla Plots. Instead of 5 balloon payments after 6 months now buyer will have to pay 3 balloon payments after a year.
Now these plots are available for booking at increased prices.
