Park View Islamabad Current Market Updates and Development

Park View City is creating its manifestation sensed in the real estate market of Islamabad. The scheme is located in Islamabad’s Zone VI on Malot Road. It covers thousands of acres of land, but the accurate number hasn’t yet been disclosed. The land for plots on offer is in the developer’s possession and there will be no selling of land till it being transferred to the society’s name.

Park View City is encircled by the city’s significant real estate developments including Park Enclave, Bahria Enclave, Chak Shehzad, Pakistan Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology, Bhara Kahu, and Bani Gala. Not to mention, the vicinity is green and has ample water resources underground and also in the form Gumrah River, which passes through the society.

Recent Approval 

The society has also recently received approval from the Capital development Authority to construct a 2-kilometre long and 200-feet wide road patch to linking society with Kuri Road.

furthermore, the developer has launched 5-marla, 10-marla, 1-kanal, and 2-kanal residential plots in Blocks A, B, C, D, E, F, H, I, J, K, M, N, and P on a two year flexible payment plan.

Recent development

The most essential update is the CDA clearing its NOC for development work on June 1, 2018. Ever since then, the developer has started its extensive marketing campaign, where along with airing television ads and welcoming requests for registering of agents, the developer also threw reservation of plots under the new payment plan.

Market trends

The agents working in Park View City deal more with walk-in clienteles than casual inquiries through phone calls. This shows that the demand for plots is essentially high there. And this stands even more real for plots offered under the new booking. With transaction volume increasing, agents expect that as soon as these plots are sold out, there will be a premium on them.

It has also been learnt that while some plot categories enjoy better location in their respective sectors, demand remains high for 5-marla and 10-marla plots. The high demand for smaller plots is based on the fact that for a wider bracket of the end users, the construction of 5-marla and 10-marla houses is much more affordable.

In addition to that, the society has also been an attractive option for genuine buyers who can pay the price of a developed plot ready for construction on a convenient payment plan. Due to this demand, inventory is fast running short for smaller plots.

The agents operating in Park View City have also noticed that among all the blocks, demand for residential plots is higher for Blocks J, K, I and H.

Pricing and Payment plan

Offered on a two-year payment plan (eight quarterly installments), plots in Park View City can be booked by giving 20% of the total price as a down payment. Please note that buyers are also required to pay the membership fee, which increases with plot size.
