Plot File Form Submission Date for Ali Block Al Kabir Town Phase 2

For quite some times in selected blocks open forms’ submission was in process in Al-Kabir Town Phase 2. A little while back this project got technical approval from LDA (NOC) to continue the development activities. The balloting and map launch of Ali Block was successfully accomplished a couple of months ago. At the same time a new deal of Umar Block was offered, it does prove that all happening here is in right direction. Recently the management of Al-Kabir Town Phase 2 has veiled a policy renewal about open forms submission and till then open forms’ submission has been put on pause in some blocks. The open forms submission for Blocks A, B and C has been closed in Al-Kabir Town Phase 2. In a notice publicized by the management of Al-Kabir Town it has informed to all dealers and customers about this verdict.  It has also been cleared to the addressees that no open form will be submitted till the new policy is announced.

Time frame of the new policy of open forms submission has announced in the new policy. Dealers and customers won’t have to wait for long as expected management will finalize it till 1st July-2018 and it will be announced right after any time.

The development activities are in progress on site in Al-Kabir Town Phase 2 comprises sewerage work installation. Currently, it has got partial approval from LDA, things will pace up the upcoming days and it will come into shape very soon.
