SECP registers 4394 new real estate companies in FY 21

In the previous fiscal year of 2021-22, a total of 4,394 new real estate companies were registered, as stated in the 2021 Annual Report of the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

According to the SECP report, FY 21 witnessed the registeration of 25,533 new companies in Pakistan- 68% as private limited companies, 29% as single-member companies, while the remaining 3% firms were registered as trade organizations, public unlisted, foreign companies & limited liability partnership, and association’s not-for-profit.

It is a proud moment for the real estate industry that it took the lead with the addition of 4,394 new firms. You are going to amaze that a significant number registered their companies online.
