Development & Possession status
Development work is underway in the society and 50% of the development has been completed, where carpeting of main roads and tree plantation is underway. It is expected that much of the road network will be in shape in a couple of blocks. Possession is available for commercial plots near the society’s main entrance. Construction of some commercial units is also underway, while a couple of them are prepared. Expectedly the developers will grant property possession in Blocks A and B and also for more commercial plots by third quarter of the year.
