Taiser Town Scheme 45 Karachi Balloting Date Announced

Malir Development Authority (MDA) has finally announced the most anticipated balloting date of its mega-project "Taiser Town Scheme 45" in Karachi. An aggregate of 170,000 applications was received from across Pakistan to book plots in the subject housing plan till 15th of April 2019, anyway just 20,000 plots will be given through computerized ballot.

Taiser Town Scheme 45 is planned over an area of 9,512 acres of land, and various classifications of residential plots have been planned in the housing scheme including 80 SQ Y, 120 SQ Y, 240 SQ Y, and 400 SQ Y. The individuals are successful in the ballot, will pay the development charges at the accompanying rate: 

• PKR 1000/SQY for 80 SQ Y Plots 
• PKR 1500/SQY for 120 SQ Y Plots 
• PKR 1800/SQY for 240 SQ Y Plots 
• PKR 2000/SQY for 400 SQ Y Plots 

The balloting function will be held at Beach Luxury Hotel, Karachi on Friday, 19thof July 2019. The vote was planned to be held before the finish of June, however, it was deferred because of spending sessions.
