The Spire Mall and Residency Islamabad Declared Illegal By CDA

Property News

Capital Development Authority has issued a notice regarding “The Spire Mall & Residency” declaring it illegal and refraining general public not to indulge in any sale purchase activity in this project.

As per the notice, "The Spire Mall and Residency", which is propelled on plot no. RC-1, Main Service Road (east), Expressway Khanna Dak, Zone 4, Islamabad, is being publicized without getting an endorsement from CDA. Furthermore, the commercial building is being constructed without getting approval of the structure plan from CDA. This situation is possibly threatening to the lives and properties of the general population due to non-adherence of Islamabad Building Rules 2005.

The population is cautioned to abstain from any reserving/deal/purchase of any business/private unit in "The Spire Mall and Residency". SNGPL, IESCO, and PTCL have halted illicit associations with the structures which are being developed without endorsement from CDA.

The sponsors of "The Spire Mall and Residency" are also warned to stop illicit publicizing/showcasing/development of the venture, failing which CDA will start exacting reformatory activity against the developer under CDA Ordinance 1960 and ICT Regulations 1992.
