Under construction building fell down in Surjani Town Karachi

A four-storey building that was in the construction phase in Surjani Town, Karachi, fell to the ground.

One worker died, and ten other people were severely hurt in this terrible incident. Right away, the laborers trapped under the debris were immediately rescued by the rescue teams.

Later, the injured people were transported to a nearby hospital, where they were treated. At the same time, the rescue team kept clearing out the debris with the hope of finding more injured people.

A crane and other heavy machinery were brought in order to speed up the relief efforts and remove the collapsed building’s debris. Investigators have not identified the reason for the collapse of the building till now.
