The equipment for underground electrification and sewerage has arrived on site. Apart from road infrastructure, electrification and sewerage work is also going parallel side by side. Water supply network and water tanks’ construction is in progress as well. It would be a matter of few weeks when the area alongside main 150ft road will be fully developed in terms of road network, infrastructure, sewerage and underground electrification.
Possession News & Updates
According to the latest updates it is most likely that the possession of residential and commercial plots will be handed over within the next 2 months i.e. by July or August 2018. The plot prices tend to rise up soon after the possession, as well as the booking of Etihad Town Phase 2, will begin around the same time of the year.
