Bahria Town Karachi Balloting News 2018

Bahria Town Karachi is the ever mega project of Pakistan’s Real Estate sector.  Today we brought some updates regarding active un-allotted plots balloting in BTK. BTK has conducted the balloting of un-allotted plots and homes on 10th May, 2018 which was overdue since long. Besides Precinct 29, Precinct 32 and Precinct 33 the numbers were allotted to these plots, homes and new blocks. These plots will be released officially very soon. 

As the ballot process was late or not completed on10th May due to non-payment and some other technicalities. The BTKs administration has decided to conduct balloting of remaining un-allotted active files.

Bahria Town Karachi Balloting June 2018 – Before Eid-ul-Fitr

BTK recently issued a public notice in regards of balloting of all remaining active un-allotted files. In that notice management of Bahria Town Karachi has announced that all of remaining active un-allotted files of BTK residential plots, Bahria Homes, Old Apartments and Bahria Heights will be balloted before Eid-ul-Fitr. The balloting date has not been confirmed yet officially.

Result

BTK balloting results will be available for all these files’ holders on the very first day after Eid Holidays i-e 25th June, 2018.

Important Instructions

All those clients with un-allotted files must contact Bahria Town Karachi office to know about the upcoming balloting. Those who will not be included for banking procedures or imbursement incongruities can ask for a clarification from Bahria Town Karachi Head Office staff.
