After the final settlement of Bahria Town Karachi in the Supreme Court against Rs.460B, there is another issue at hand that needs readdressing which includes the disputed land of 8104 acres where customers had already invested in the plots. Bahria Town Management has revealed an official society map with a demarcated area that displays the danger zone that mainly comprises of Bahria Sports City and certain parts of Bahria Paradise i.e. Precinct 40 and 41 respectively. As the older precincts are highly valued because the area is fully developed and Bahria Town will definitely acquire this part of troubled land however the new precincts are relocated in District Jamshoro.

Bahria Town Karachi has assured the investors who have purchased plots in the disputed land will be properly accommodated by given three incentives. The buyers have raised their demands to deliver what they were promised with or relocation. Some of the worrisome investors have also started submitting the refund applications. Bahria Town Management has guaranteed to all investors that they will be either refund 100% amount invested, relocate the same category of plots somewhere nearby, or merge the amount of investment in another project. The remaining difference in balance can be paid by an investor at a later time.

Bahria Town Karachi is committed to fulfilling its promises to customers and it never fails to disappoint. Also there is a short-term investment opportunity with fair amount of risk should you decide to invest in Bahria Sports City & Bahria Paradise Karachi as the plots here are currently sold at 30-40% lower prices. Once the new locations are decided the property rates will go up. However this is a dicey and it’s safer to invest in secure and legalized land as its property investment is a big decision.
