Every Year Bahria Town Management announces 100% surcharge waive off and this year in 2018 again Bahria Town has initiated the Surcharge Policy. Bahria Town Management has announced a complete surcharge waive off for the convenience of its members and this policy is applicable currently till 15th May 2018.

Under the Surcharge Policy 2018, all the customers who are unable to pay their due payments (installments) on active plots had to pay a surcharge on late payments. This late fee penalty is now eradicated completely so all the investors and customers are encouraged to clear their payments before 15th May 2018 to avail this new surcharge policy. Bahria Town understands the plight of its customers and there are many indefinite reasons for non-payment of plots but the Surcharge Policy would hopefully provide reassurance and comfort to investors who were worried about making heavy payments due to the accumulation of late-fee fine.
