The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday banned the Capital Development Authority (CDA) from making new plots in created parts – a news source announced.
A two-part seat involved Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani gave the requests. They were hearing an intra-court bid recorded by different subjects. Beforehand, the solicitors had moved the court against the making of plots in created segments.
The seat restricted CDA from making new plots in old created parts also. It said that no move will be made against plots divided quite a while back.
