The housing scheme had acquired a total of 2,000 Kanals of land. So far, they have launched only 560 Kanals of land in its first phase, the land approved by LDA. Meanwhile, 1,200 Kanals of land are pending approval, and according to Khan, these will be approved in a couple of months, and will be launched in Phase II.

Recently, Abu Dhabi Palace has been cleared and the mosque is opened, so the society already has a mosque and work on parks is being done.

The prices will defiantly shoot after possession availability as the builders will jump into the project. Another reason why the prices are bound to increase is the presence of DHA EME nearby. He explained that a 5-marla plot in EME is worth around PKR 9 million. Here, an average plot is worth around 6.3 million. The quality of the project merits that the prices can go fairly high.
