Gwadar Master Plan Latest Developments and Market Situation 2019

Gwadar Master Plan demonstrates remarkable investment potential simmering with lucrative housing schemes and commercial options that is a long-term living choice for residents in Pakistan and even International buyers. Gwadar Master Plan Draft Details

Gwadar Master Plan Outline reveals that the planned area extends to a total of 1201.15 SQ km. It has been divided into three categories: a development area, a restricted area, and an area reserved for miscellaneous uses. Of the 310.62 sq km that have been dedicated for development, 103 SQ km are reserved for residential projects. Overall, 33% of the city will be utilized for residential purposes.

It is expected that after 2 months’ time GDA will start issuing NOC’s and the development of housing societies will resume shortly afterward. Gwadar City will observe a surge in property prices and developments after the uncertainties clear up ad Gwadar Master Plan is publicly revealed.
