Naval Anchorage Karachi is the third housing project of Pakistan Navy Benevolent Association after Naval Anchorage Gwadar and Islamabad. Pakistan Navy Benevolent Association has reportedly launched dealer quota files of 500 SQ YD plots of Naval Anchorage Karachi and few dealers have started the pre-launch sale of Naval Anchorage Karachi plots in the market but there is no official statement about this housing venture. Naval Anchorage Karachi is a fabulous residential project that will provide supreme quality accommodations with enriched features in a secure environment surrounded by lush beauty for the Karachiites. Naval Anchorage Karachi registration forms will be issued within 45 days and reportedly some dealers have started bookings on the token amount. The dealers are receiving 20% token amount now while remaining amount will be paid after issuance of forms. The official date for the launch of Naval Anchorage Karachi has not been announced as yet by the Management but we will keep you informed at earliest as soon it is publicized.

Naval Anchorage Karachi is situated on Super Highway near DHA City Karachi. The M-9 Motorway up to Hyderabad is going to accommodate a large chunk of population from Karachi and suburban areas over the next decade or so, as major housing schemes are planned along the highway including Bahria Town, DHA Cityand ASF Housing Scheme.
