PM Angry over Slow Working on Apartments Project

Apex News

PM Khan on Friday showed displeasure over the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) for the slow working of G-13’s Kashmir Avenue Apartments Project. This project which was inaugurated in April 2019, has been displaying laziness at present due to the poor commitment and dedication of the FGEHA.

On Friday, Premier Imran Khan made a sudden visit to the site without any official protocols and found no person at work. He issued a strict order to the project’s director to finish the assigned job on time.

Kashmir Avenue Apartments Project consists of three high-rise towers, each with a wide basement and elegant ground-plus 21-floors, the FGEHA states on its website. There will be a total of 1,467 apartments, out of which 714 occupies a 1,300 sq. ft area, and 753 apartments will be 11 sq. ft each. The basement and ground floor will be dedicated to car parking and amenities, respectively.

Later on, after the premier’s visit, the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority has briefed the former and assured him to complete the project timely.
