Real Estate Ranked the 2nd Most Profitable Industry in 2021

According to a study by Topline Securities on Profitable Assets, Bitcoin's profit in the year 2021 was 87%, while the real estate ranked the 2^nd most profitable industry.

In terms of increase in the real estate value, the annual profit was 23%, i.e., the plots worth Rs. 10 million has now reached Rs. 123 million.

The report says that the New Pakistan Certificate (USD) profit through Roshan Digital Accounts introduced for Overseas Pakistanis was 18%, and the profit of the certificate in Pakistani rupee was 11%. With the depreciation of the rupee in the country, the Pakistani diaspora, whose assets were in dollars, experienced an 11% increase in the value of their wealth. Similarly, those who possessed assets in gold gained a spike of 10% in wealth.

Research has shown a growing trend in Pakistan to transfer its assets in the form of bitcoins. The investments of Pakistanis in Bitcoin have reached $20 billion.
