Twins Tower Lahore Largest Commercial Hub in Lahore

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has planned one of the land mark project in Lahore; Twin Towers Lahore. Twin Towers will be constructed in central Lahore on famous Jail Road. The project will be built on private partnership basis. LDA will provide the land, whereas private partners will construct and manage the project. It is expected that after finalizing the firms, construction work will start in October 2017.

Twin Towers will be constructed on approximately 19 Kanals of Land on Jail Road. The buildings will have G+25 floors. As per LDA, Twin Towers will be among the largest commercial hubs of Lahore. The project will have offices, commercial centers, showrooms, cinemas and roof top restaurant. After completion, towers will be among the tallest buildings of Lahore.

Twin Towers Lahore will have state of the art planning. Architectural style is the mixture of Islamic and Colonial features which is uniqueness of Lahore. The buildings will have large parking areas, spacious lobbies, wide stairs & corridors, fast moving lifts, fire exits, air condition system, earthquake resilient structure, firefighting system, WIFI and top quality finishes.

The Punjab Government has directed LDA to work on the completion of Lahore Master Plan 2042. Twin Towers are part of this mega planning. Master Plan 2042 will ensure that Lahore is among the world’s leading cities in term of infrastructure development. As per LDA many more buildings will be constructed in future.

Twin Towers are also the need of the hour as we have limited land in Lahore. Lahore is the most densely populated city of Pakistan. Population density of Lahore is approaching 7000 people per square kilometer. This project will herald the construction of high-rise buildings in Lahore, which will result in saving the land for other important projects like schools, colleges, parks and housing.
