A renowned firm based in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) has announced to invest $15 million in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ)of Faisalabad through official channels of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Through a Twitter handle, Abdul Razzaq Dawood, Adviser to the PM on Trade and Investment, said that Brothers Gas of U.A.E. has expressed interest to build an industrial gas plant in the Industrial Area M3 of Faisalabad, verified by the Board of Investment (BOI).
Foreign investment will reach Pakistan in three phases. In the first phase, the Firm will set up an Aerosol Propellant Gas (APG) Plant assisting Pakistan to reduce its dependence on imported A.P.G. Moreover, this activity will abet country improve its Current Account Deficit by reducing the figures of imports.
