DHA Rahber is an on-going residential project by Defence Housing Authority. DHA Rahber is located on the Defence Road behind Valencia, this society avowals low budget & for sure high yielding profits. It’s a striking community with an outstanding groundwork to live in. The construction work is going on with a fast pace.
DHA Rahbar Phase 11 Sector II
DHA acquired more land in this phase, phase II is bigger as compared to Phase 1. The infrastructure is far better if compared to Phase 1. This Phase consists of primarily 5 Marla residential plots. The location is nearer to Ferozpur Road as well with the extension coming right after the bridge. Phase II also has over ground wiring but the infrastructure is an example of excellence with several lavish & beautiful parks and landscapes. Prices of the plots are comparatively higher than phase I. But the rates of commercial plots are low and it’s pretty likely the rates will raise-up soon.
Phase II (Extension)
Phase II (Extension) does not exist on ground yet. The files of this extension are being sold the map is not released till now but expectedly will release on the ballot of these files, balloting is expected later this year.
Recommendations
We recommend that if you want to build a one kanal or a 10 Marla house go for a plot in Phase I, smaller plots are not recommended. Investing in commercial is recommended for rental purposes. In phase II It would be better to purchase a commercial plot for investment purposes which is due correction anytime soon. Residential plot of any size especially 5 Marla is recommended in phase II. As the developed land will have little or no drawback with a CCA being formed on the other side of the drain. The CCA will consist of 55 commercial plots and around 300 odd residential plots. Adjacent to Phase 2, this would be the premium locality in times to come as the location is near the new bridge.
Phase II (Extension) is highly recommended to buy files of residential or commercial in DHA Rahbar Phase 2 Extension as we are hoping that in near future at the ballot the prices will jump exponentially and once plot numbers are allocated to files each plot will have its own worth depending upon the location.
